About Kotor Nest

Welcome to Kotor Nest , a thriving global community founded in 2019. We're all about the power of coliving to connect like-minded individuals, fostering new experiences and friendships. Our goal is to provide a comfortable space for you to live, work, and savor the beauty of Montenegro.

Our coliving season runs from October to June, offering a unique opportunity to explore Kotor without the crowds of mass tourism. We encourage a four-week stay to cultivate meaningful connections among our residents, emphasizing a genuine sense of community.

This year, we started organizing groups with strict dates. We wanted to avoid having someone arriving later compared to the main group or staying in between two bigger groups, and by that, we wanted everyone to experience the same group dynamic and have a similar experience.

We're excited for you to make lasting memories during your time here.

Locations and accommodation

We have two buildings plus one apartment on the main square and a coworking in the heart of the Old Town. All of our accommodations are located within 2-3 mins walking distance from each other, so it is very simple to spend time together for all of the colivers.

Within the heart of the Old Town, we offer two charming stone buildings featuring a total of 15 coliving rooms along with a dedicated coworking space. In every unit, we have a shared fully equipped kitchen. These two buildings are located just a 2-minute walking distance from each other, ensuring that colivers can spend as much time together as they want, to connect and share experiences.

In the main building, we have a reception, living room areas, and a comfortable coworking which you can use any time you want.
